What is it
Mosaix is a photo mosaic - the most unique, active multimedia attraction you will ever find and for any kind of event! Any size board/wall with a printed numbered grid where guests have to stick their photos coming from the near by photo booth, self published on Instagram / sent via email or made by the event photographer. As more and more photos are on the board the complete mosaic starts to reveal a hidden image (photo, logo, sign, graphic). Mosaic for an event - guaranteed wow effect!
Mosaix can also be used in a digital only version - as a 3D animation dispalyed on any screen or even website.
How it works
First before the event
The main mosaic image is selected
We select the image that will be created from all single photo tiles. This can be any graphic: photo, sign, logo or a combination of all. Taking the surprise factor under consideration the attraction is perfect for any public inauguration of a new logo, signage, product, slogan or strategy, which in the end creates a fanstastic mosaic image.
Later, still befor ethe event
We decide on the size of the mosaic
• Medium - approx. 1000 tiles and dimensions of ~200x125cm
• Big - approx. 2000 tiles and dimensions of ~300x170cm
• Large - over 4000 tiles and dimensions of ~500x200cm
The mosaic orientation can be horizontal, square or vertical.
At the event, firstly
We make a photo i the photo booth
Mosaix retrieves the photos from the near by photo booth which is used by the guests as a sperate attraction. Mosaix is delivered together with a mirror photo booth or a green screen photo booth. Guests recieve normal booth paper printouts and can send the photo via email.
Additionally we can use our smartphones
We make a selfie photo: Instagram and email
Guestrs can make selfie photos and publish them on Instagram with the announced event #hashtag or send us using email to a dedicated address. All images can be moderated.
There is one more photo option
Event photographer
A mobile event photographer with a wireless camera can make photos of guests at the entire event, inviting them to a photographic fun game.

The mosaic can retrieve images from cloud storages (like Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive), where photos can be placed from different locations. We can also use a photo package provided by the customer before the event - for example photos from previous events or any other.
Photos get printed as stickers
The device, depending on the configuration, printes the images from the above sources in a form of a 5x5cm sticker, modifying each image as far as the colors and selecting the perfect spot on the mosaic, assigning a dedicated number on the board.
We can set different parameters like transparency level (a choice between better visibility of the single photo tiles and the final mosaic image), the level of randomness of photo placement or the level of image colorization (the color change level from the original image).
Sticking the photos on the mosaic board
Each guest has a task to place their image on the mosaic board in the correct spot (based on the spot and photo numbers). All other photos are placed by our staff.
An image emerges from the mosaic
As the tile photos are placed on the mosaic board a final image starts to appear - this can be a photo, logo, sign or any other graphic. Thanks to that we achieve a surprise effect and a WOW effect throughout the whole activation!
The device uses special algorithms that guarantee finalization of the mosaic on time - in a case of too little source image inflow during the event it starts to print duplicates of existing images. This way the final mosaic will always be finished on time!
3D animation of the mosaic creation
Part of the mosaic stand is a big screen displaying a special 3D animation. The animation changes in real time showing single images and the current status of the mosaic. Additionally this animation can be displayed on any screen at the event. It can be even published live on a website!

Mega Mosaic
Are you organizing an event that consist of a series of single events? Take the mosaic to the next level and use a series of smaller mosaics that for one big mosaic in the end. It can be a physical mosaic put together at the end of the campaign from all the single portions - or it can be a single digital mosaic created in real time from photos send from all the different single events. Your campaign can get a real momentum!
The presented mosaic consist of 8192 tiles (128x64) and is put together from 8 separate mosaics 1024 tiles each (32x32). With tiles sized 5x5cm the final size of 640x320cm.

Technical requirements
In order for Mosaix to fulfill its task we need:
Place
The device requires 4x2m (2m high) + photo booth: mirror 2x1m or green screen booth 3x3m.
In cases of large mosaics it may require bigger space in lenght.
Lighting conditions
It is adviced that the attraction stand is not in direct sunlight or strong artificial light, particularly direct headlights.
Electricity
We need a standard power of 230V/2000W.
Logistics
Throughput
Depending on configuration the attraction can handle even too people per hour. When activating more image channels this can be even more.
Transportation
We are from Warsaw/Poland but we can get anywhere.
Assembly / disassembly
We need about 2 hours for the set up and little less to disassemble.
Working hours and readyness
We can finalize the setting up before the time of final readyness. Disassembly usually happens just after finishing the attraction time.
